1. Payment by Credit Card
When paying by credit card, the charge is made when the goods are shipped. We accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard.
2. Payment by PayPal
You need a PayPal account to pay with the PayPal online payment service. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment. The debit takes place when the goods are dispatched.
3. Payment by Klarna pay later
Klarna invoice is a payment method from Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. When paying via Klarna invoice, you have to pay the invoice amount within 14 days of dispatch of the goods. You will receive your invoice directly from Klarna.
4. Payment by Klarna overtime
Klarna installment purchase is a payment method of Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. With Klarna installment purchase, you undertake to pay in the specified installments. To do this, you submit a one-time loan application online and receive a decision straight away. You will then receive an invoice directly from Klarna every month.
5. Payment by Klarna Pay now
Klarna Pay now is a payment method offered by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. In case of payment via Klarna Pay now, you will be redirected during the ordering process directly to Klarna were you can perform the payment. The security mechanisms of your bank are used. After successful payment you will receive your invoice directly from Klarna.
6. Payment by Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a payment method offered by Apple Inc. To use Apple Pay, you must have activated the Apple Pay function (e.g. on your iPhone), identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The debit takes place when the goods are dispatched.
7. Pre Payment
If you pay in advance, we will inform you of our bank details after you have placed your order. Please transfer the amount to this account within a maximum of 7 days. The goods are only dispatched after receipt of the payment. (only available in Germany and Austria)
We charge you a shipping fee for each order. You can find these fees in the shipping cost chart for your delivery country.
Delivery with DHL usually takes 2–3 business days.
You will receive an email when your goods have left our facility. If you still have not received your goods a week after receipt of the shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Department using our Contact Form or the Service Hotline.
Regular return delivery is generally free of charge; please contact our Customer Service Department to receive a return label.
Unfortunately, due to automated processing, it is not possible to subsequently add additional items to your order or to change the delivery address.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any exchange service.
You have the option of returning items to us within the statutory cancellation period and the right of return granted by CYBEX after requesting a return label from our Customer Service Department. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, their value will be credited to you.
You are welcome to order new items from the selection of products in our CYBEX Online Shop.
Whoever chooses to purchase a product from CYBEX should rightly expect our superb CYBEX quality. Nevertheless, should your delivery not meet your expectations or be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Naturally, you can claim defective goods with us within the scope of your statutory warranty claims. Please also read our Terms and Conditions. Please note that this only applies to goods purchased at the CYBEX Online Shop.

Customers may return items free of charge by simply contacting our Customer Service Department and requesting a return label.
Important! The returned items must be in their original condition. The products must only have been used to the extent that is necessary for their inspection, in the same way that products in a physical retail store can be reasonably inspected prior to purchase. We cannot resell any returned items showing signs of wear. In this respect, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.
You can prevent damage during transit by carefully packaging the goods. Simply use the original packaging – this is also more environmentally friendly.
When we receive the the returned item in the warehouse, we will check it to ensure that the return is elegible for a refund. If the item is in the original condition, you will receive the full refund for your purchase. This will be done within 7 business days, using the same payment method that you used to pay for your purchase.
