Ordering & Payment
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make subsequent changes to an order that has already been submitted online. For questions of any kind, simply contact our Customer Service Department via the Contact Form, Hotline number or our email address. We would be glad to provide you with further assistance.
1. Customer Account
Placing an order at the CYBEX Online Shop is possible as a guest without prior registration. However, we recommend creating a customer account to take advantage of several convenient and attractive benefits, for example:
- Tracking the shipping status of your order
- An overview of your previous orders
You can create a CYBEX customer account here at any time or after placing a guest order.
2. Order and Shipping Confirmation
After successfully submitting your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt via email. As soon as the ordered item leaves our Logistics Center, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email. This also serves as your official purchase confirmation.
3. Availability of Our Items
All products in your cart in the CYBEX Online Shop are available for order at the time that you add them. If any products are not available, this will be indicated on the affected product. Nevertheless, it may happen on rare occasions that a product you ordered is no longer available for shipping. In this event, we will promptly contact you via email.
We have designed the CYBEX Online Shop with a range of different payment options to make payment as safe and convenient as possible for you:

Protecting your data and privacy is our top priority, both generally speaking and particularly when making a payment. Therefore, all your personal data including payment information are SSL-encrypted using the latest technology. Naturally, we treat your data with strict confidentiality.
1. Purchase on Account
In Germany, it is possible to conveniently and easily pay for goods by purchasing on account. This means that you pay for the products after receiving them, via a bank transfer to a specified bank account.
Furthermore, we will be running an address routine and a credit check. Please note, that a positive result of these two processes is mandatory for payments on account, only. The other payment options will stay available to you, even if the outcome of the above is negative.

2. Payment by credit card
You can pay easily and conveniently with your Visa card or MasterCard. When processing credit card payments, we will only debit your credit card account once your goods have been dispatched. In the event of a return, we will credit the refund amount to your credit card account as quickly as possible after processing your return at our Logistics Center.
3. Payment via PayPal
Paying via PayPal is straightforward, quick, and safe. Anyone with a bank account or credit card can pay with PayPal provided that you are registered with them.
Select PayPal as the payment type and we will redirect you to the PayPal website after you click the Order button. There, you can log in with your personal PayPal login information and make the payment. You will then be redirected to the order confirmation page in the CYBEX Online Shop.
4. Advance Payment
After placing your order with the CYBEX Online Shop, we will send you a receipt confirmation via email with all information necessary for the advance bank transfer. Please transfer the total amount within 7 days to the following account:

After we have received your payment, we will dispatch your ordered products within 2–3 business days.
If your payment is not received by us within the specified period, your order will become void to enable us to offer the reserved items to other customers. We will inform you of this via email.
