Payment by Credit Card 

You can pay easily and conveniently with your Visa card or MasterCard. In this event, we will only debit your credit card account once your new CYBEX items have been shipped. Should you return any items, we will credit the respective amount back to your credit card account as quickly as possible after processing your return at our Logistics Center.


Payment via PayPal

Anyone with a bank account or a credit card can pay with PayPal provided that they are registered with them. 

Select PayPal as the payment type and we will redirect you to the PayPal website after confirming the order. There, you can log in with your personal PayPal login information and make the payment without us being informed of your payment information. Immediately thereafter, we will be informed of the receipt of your payment by PayPal, so that we will be immediately able to start processing your order for shipping.

Please note that not all payment methods are available in all countries.

We charge shipping fees to the amount of 7.90 Euros per order. Delivery with DHL usually takes 2–3 business days

You will receive an email when your goods have left our facility. If you still have not received your goods a week after receipt of the shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Department using our Contact Form or the Service Hotline

Regular return delivery is generally free of charge; please contact our Customer Service Department to receive a return label.

Using the tracking number provided with the emailed shipping confirmation, you can track the shipment 24 hours after dispatch at or at your Account.

Unfortunately, due to automated processing, it is not possible to subsequently add additional items to your order or to change the delivery address.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any exchange service.

You have the option of returning items to us within the statutory cancellation period and the right of return granted by CYBEX after requesting a return label from our Customer Service Department. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, their value will be credited to you.

You are welcome to order new items from the selection of products in our CYBEX Online Shop. 

Whoever chooses to purchase a product from CYBEX should rightly expect our superb CYBEX quality. Nevertheless, should your delivery not meet your expectations or be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Naturally, you can claim defective goods with us within the scope of your statutory warranty claims. Please also read our Terms and Conditions. Please note that this only applies to goods purchased at the CYBEX Online Shop.

For questions regarding customer complaints or any other matter, our Customer Service Department will gladly assist and advise you – as you should always expect from CYBEX.

Customers may return items free of charge by simply contacting our Customer Service Department and requesting a return label.

Important! The returned items must be in their original condition. The products must only have been used to the extent that is necessary for their inspection, in the same way that products in a physical retail store can be reasonably inspected prior to purchase. We cannot resell any returned items showing signs of wear. In this respect, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

You can prevent damage during transit by carefully packaging the goods. Simply use the original packaging – this is also more environmentally friendly.

As soon as we receive a returned item and have inspected it, the payment amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you selected.

Receiving and inspecting returned goods can take up to 7 business days. The refund method varies depending on the payment method and will occur within the shortest time possible.

Credit card: You will receive a credit to your credit card account. The credited amount may possibly already be included in your next credit card statement. 

PayPal: You will receive a credit to your PayPal account.  

First, please check if you are actually registered as a customer at the CYBEX Online Shop or if you are merely a guest customer or newsletter subscriber.
