I. Shipping

When handling the shipping of your selected CYBEX items, three criteria are crucial for us – speed, convenience, and reliability. To reach all of them and to provide you with the best shipping service, we have partnered with FedEx due to their excellent efficiency. This makes shipping and any potential returns as simple as possible – for both you and us.

We have two shipping options available for you: Our standard shipping where the lead time for delivery depends on your delivery address. And express shipping, where we can deliver to you within the next working day, no matter where in the United States. 

IMPORTANT! Next-day delivery is only possible for orders placed until 1:30 pm. For Alaska and Hawaii we only have express shipping.

 

1. Shipping Costs

We always ship using parcel post. This is the best way to protects the goods from loss or damage, either on their way to you or on their way back to us in the case of a return. 

To be able to provide this service to you, we charge  shipping fee for your order to the amount of $ 29 per order for the standard and $ 65 for the express shipping method which we deliver to you within the next working day.

 

2. Alternative Delivery Address

Convenience is also our top priority when it comes to the delivery address. Simply have your package delivered wherever you happen to be during the usual hours of delivery, for example to your office.

 

3. Delivery Tracking

Thanks to FedEx tracking, you can find out where your eagerly awaited CYBEX delivery is at any moment. You can find the required package number in the shipping confirmation, which we will send to you via email as soon as your delivery leaves the CYBEX Logistics Center. You can also find the parcel number in the order details in your CYBEX customer account.

 

II. Returns

We offer you the opportunity to return your items within a return period of 30 days.

Please be aware that we cannot provide any direct exchange service. If you would like to exchange your return for a different product, please order the desired product and return the original delivery to us. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service Department for advice. 

The CYBEX Online Shop can only accept returns and customer complaints relating to items that you ordered through our CYBEX online service. For items purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. Likewise, it is not possible to return items purchased at the CYBEX Online Shop at a brick-and-mortar retailer or online retailer.

 

1. Returning a Product

If you wish to return a product, you can request a return label from our CYBEX online shop through our Return Page.
Once you are there, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide your email address, order number, and zip code of the billing address.
  2. Validate that this is the correct order and click on "Return items".
  3. Select the articles to be returned and enter the reason for the return. (Note that a return area and a return reason must be specified in this step)
  4. After making the selection, click on “Continue”.
  5. Review the return items and click on "Continue".
  6. A pop-up with return information will be shown, after reading carefully, click on "Generate Label".
  7. You will receive the corresponding number of return labels that are necessary for returning the selected items.
  8. You can print out the return labels directly from the website. You will also receive this by email and can print out the labels at a later date.
  9. Pack the items in their original packaging and seal them securely.

Notes:

  • Please attach a separate return label to each box being returned.
  • Please bring the package(s) to the delivery point of the shipping service provider within 7 days of submitting the return request. 
  • You will be notified by email when the return is registered in the warehouse. The reimbursement of the purchase price can take up to 7 days after receipt of the return in the warehouse.
  • In the event of a complaint within the warranty period, please contact customer service.

Important! The returned items must be in their original condition. The products must only have been used to the extent that is necessary for their inspection, in the same way, that products in a physical retail store can be reasonably inspected prior to purchase. We cannot resell any returned items showing signs of wear. In this respect, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.
You can prevent damage during transit by carefully packaging the goods. 

If possible, we kindly ask that you use the original packaging. This will ensure that the package is wrapped safely and is also more environmentally friendly.

 

2. Refund

We will process any return as quickly as possible, within approximately 7 business day. Should it be determined that credit needs to be issued to your benefit after inspecting your return, we will promptly refund the amount to the bank, credit card or PayPal account used when ordering.

Important! If you ordered with express shipping, these costs will not be refunded.

 

3. Customer Complaints

Everyone who chooses to purchase a product from CYBEX should rightly expect superb quality. Nevertheless, should your delivery not meet your expectations or if it is defective, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Naturally, you can claim defective goods with us within the scope of your statutory warranty claims. In this regard, please read our Terms of Sale and Terms of Use. Please note that this only applies to goods that you purchased at the CYBEX Online Shop.
